Biography
James Moffat coined the phrase ‘the Agile Organization’. He has a PhD in Quantum Operator Theory. Awarded the Napier Medal in Mathematics and the President’s Medal of the ORS - 'the Nobel Medal for Analytics'. He is also a Fellow of OR, a Fellow of the Institute of Mathematics and its Applications, and a Chartered Mathematician. He has published widely in the peer reviewed literature and in a number of books on the Mathematics of Quantum Gravity and the implications of the Information Age and Complexity for Defence and Security.
