Dr. Atl Víctor Córdova Quiroz, completed his undergraduate studies in Industrial Engineering in Chemistry at the Technological Institute of Veracruz where she obtained the automatic degree by academic excellence, at the same institute he completed his Master of Science in Food, where he received an honorable mention from the postgraduate academy for his outstanding performance. The Doctorate of Science in Chemical Engineering studies were carried out at the Technological Institute of Celaya. He has served as a professor in different institutions of higher education at the undergraduate and postgraduate level
