Biography

Dr. Antonio Balbin Villaverde Postdoctoral fellow at the Center for Laser Studies, University of Southern California, Los Angeles. Retired professor at the Gleb Wathagin Institute of Physics, State University of Campinas. Research lines: lasers, applied optics, magneto-optical rotation, Raman and fluorescence spectroscopies, low-power laser therapy. Coordinator of the Graduate Program in Biomedical Engineering at UNICASTELO. He is currently a professor- researcher at Anhembi Morumbi University and researcher at the City Association of Science, Technology and Education - CITÉ, and a scholarship holder at FUNDAESP, working in the areas of phototherapy and optical spectroscopy applied to health
