Biography

Dr.Andrew Rome is Director at McMillan Rome Ltd. Over the last twenty years he has been involved in the design, development and evaluation of drugs policy, procedures and services provided by NHS, local authority and non-statutory agencies. In 1995 he became the first nurse in the UK to be appointed as GP Facilitator, responsible for the development and management of a shared care scheme between primary care and specialist drug services in Tayside.
