He is an Faculty of Chemistry and Pharmacy ,Institute for Biological Research (INSIBIO)  CONICET-UNT, and Institute of Biology ,Argentina. His research interests lie in Freeze-drying, Wine microorganisms, Lyoprotectants, Fermentative properties, Glycerol synthesis. He is the Editor-in-Chief/Editorial Board Member of many peer reviewed journals and his area of expertise credits him with many publications in national and international journals
