Biography

Dr. Alakali Terfa T. is an indigene of Kwande Local Government Area of Benue State, Nigeria. He attended the prestigious St. Andrew Secondary School Adikpo and graduated in 1993 with the Senior Secondary School Certificate (SSCE). Dr Alakali also holds B.A. and M.Sc Degrees from Benue State University Makurdi and a Ph.D Degree from the prestigious University of Nigeria Nsukka in 2014 all in Mass Communication. Dr. Alakali currently lectures in the department of Mass Communication, University of Mkar, where he also the Acting Head of Department. He has published over fifteen articles in reputable international and local journals. His research interest is in media research and advocacy, new media and development communication. Dr Alakali is a Certified Customer Service Professional (AICRM) as well as Associate Member, the Institute of Mass Communication & Information Management of Nigeria. Dr. Alakali is widely travelled and enjoys online chatting, jugging and watching football matches is also a devoted Christian.
