Biography

Ahmet alp is currently working as Part Founding President and head of department at Department of Bioengineering, Marmara University, Istanbul, Turkey. He has a publication over articles on Biosorption of Co(II) by Schizosaccharomyces pombe: Kinetic and Thermodynamic Studies for Process Design, A sigmoidal model for biosorption of heavy metal cations from aqueous media and Biosorption of Co(II) by Schizosaccharomyces pombe: Kinetic and Thermodynamic Studies for Process Design.He is the Editor-in Chief/Editorial Board Member of many peer reviewed journals and his area of expertise credits him with many publications in national and international journals.

Research Interest

Distillation and extraction processes, thermodynamic equilibrium stage processes, converters and control design of estimators used in retroactive Distillation columns, exterior and interior air quality measurement and control.
