Biography
M. T. Ahmadi received the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from the Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), and completed the post-doctoral scheme at Makmal Nano UTM.,He was an Assistant Professor of Electrical Engineering at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. He is currently a tenured Assistant Professor of Nanoelectronics with the Nanotechnology Research Center, Urmia University. His research interests include nanoscale non-classical device (sensors and transistors) simulation, modeling, and characterization. He has authored or co-authored over 180 papers on scientific, managerial, and educational issues.  Graphene
