Environmental engineer graduate of the Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul ( UFRGS ) , Master in Water and Environmental Sanitation by the Institute of Hydraulic Research (IPH ) of UFRGS and PhD in Water and Environmental Sanitation by IPH - UFRGS . Currently Substitute Professor IPH - UFRGS and Fellow researcher Extension CNPq in the country in the project " Impact of climate change on river and lake environments of Rio Grande do Sul ." Held doctorate sandwich activity with One year (2014) at the Universität Duisburg -Essen in Germany. It has experience with hydrological studies , hydrological simulation of flow forecast , geographic information systems (GIS) , GIS , studies and modeling of water quality, and groundwater studies.
