Abstract :

The indirect analysis by animals and human are widely used to determine environmental toxicity. This approach is appreciated because it?s not invasive and gives information about kinetic bioaccumulation and biomagnification of pollutants. We have conducted a study to evaluate incidence of anthropic activity around aquatic area in the northwest of morocco. Analyses were focused on retinoids determination in blood and liver in fish because of their close links with polychlorinated pollutants.
