Abstract :

The implementation of the HNP in the basic attention involves therapeutic practices, forms of greeting and inclusion of clientele, services that ensure patient privacy, promoting a participatory management, strengthening the relationship between staff and users. In this way, the objective of the work is to analyze the nursesâ?? knowledge of the family health strategy on the HNP of SUS. This is a cross-sectional study, descriptive, exploratory and quantitative approach. The population was made up of 20 nurses working in family health teams from the city of Quixad?¡-CE. A questionnaire was used for data collection. The respected research was done by following all ethical principles recommended by resolution no. 466/12 of the National Health Council, and approved by the Research Ethics Committee of Catholic School Queen of outback. All the participants signed an informed consent. The results showed that the study subjects (16; 100%) know the national policy of humanization; all 16 (100%) know what professionals should promote collective actions of humanization in the FSE; another significant percentage (56.25%) nine shows that professionals know the principles of HNP; eight (50%) of nurses said that the municipality's dissemination of politics; while the education and health practice developed by nurses, 13 (81.25%) claim that it is one of its functions in the FSE; it might also identify that 13 (81.25%) of the subjects have fitness and science to perform correctly the actions of HNP. It was concluded that we need a greater reflection about the humanized assistance to improvement of health care and the quality of services.
