Abstract :

Nursing leadership is a challenging role requiring knowledge, skills and professional behaviors. The current data however shows that only 30% of nurses in the US are engaged in their roles. In the international perspective, this percentage drops to 13%. The rest of us are existing and living in jobs and lives that do not spark engagement and interest. This workshop is designed to help you identify and prioritize the ingredients of your best life. You will explore the formula that helps us formulate our key life passions including our intentions, our plans for attending and taking actions and our need to let go and rely on the universe to help discover the path to achievement of our passions. When faced with an opportunity, a choice or a decision, we need to choose in favor of our passions.
