But Failures in Action of Local Anesthesia is seen on about 10% cases of Inferior Alveolar Nerve Block and about 7% of all cases in General Dental Practice and each and every dentist has experienced this sometime in his practicing career. The Operator and the Patient Factor leading to this Failure will be outlined and their management discussed to counter this issue.
