For successful long-term implementation, understanding the unique perspectives of older adults regarding telemedicine is absolutely essential. Research identifies several barriers for this demographic, such as limited technological literacy and the absence of traditional physical examinations. Conversely, facilitators like the inherent convenience and the perceived effectiveness of virtual consultations are recognized.
