Oxygen therapy, corticosteroids, and bronchodilators have historically been the mainstays of COPD treatment. To treat the complexity of this respiratory ailment, however, fresh and creative methods are being developed as our understanding of COPD grows. Technological developments, tailored medicine, pulmonary rehabilitation, and integrated care models are some of the most cutting-edge and promising creative approaches to managing COPD that are examined in this extensive book. Examining these innovative approaches can help patients and healthcare providers understand how to manage COPD in a more comprehensive and successful way. The management of COPD has changed dramatically in the age of digital health because to telemedicine [1].
