Abstract

The traditional methods of managing health care records, characterized by paper-based systems and disjointed digital platforms, are increasingly proving inadequate in addressing the demands of contemporary health care. These outdated methods often lead to inefficiencies, including lost or misplaced documents, duplication of information, and delays in accessing critical data. As a result, there is a growing recognition of the need for a more cohesive and integrated approach to record management.
