The impact of cultural intelligence (CQ) on the performance of global teams is a significant area of study, with research suggesting that managers possessing high CQ are better equipped to interpret unfamiliar cultural cues, modify their behavior accordingly, and establish rapport with individuals from varied backgrounds. Such proficiency directly contributes to enhanced team cohesion, improved problem-solving capabilities, and ultimately, greater overall project success in multinational environments [2].
