The most general sexual problems in men are ejaculation disorders, erectile dysfunction, and low sexual desire. Premature ejaculation occurs before or soon after the penetration. Inhibited or retarded ejaculation occurs when ejaculation happens slowly. Retrograde ejaculation occurs when, at orgasm, the ejaculate is forced back into the bladder rather than through the urethra and out the end of the penis. In few cases, sexual disorders mainly caused by some psychological/ neurological factors and lack of attraction for a partner.
