Pharmacodynamics is the branch of pharmacology that deals with the biochemical and physiological effects of drugs on the body. Simply put, it is defined as the branch that studies what a drug does to the body when administered into the system. These drugs affect the body by mimicking normal biochemical and / or physiological processes or by inhibiting these vital processes. These drugs perform their function through their mode of action such as stimulating, depressing, blocking, stabilizing, replacing, etc. , etc. The desired activity of a drug is measured by its successful targeting on structures such as the cell membrane, ligands, receptors, proteins, ion channels, etc. On the other hand, the undesirable effects of a drug include the increase in the probability of cell mutations, additive or multiplicative interactions, or induced physiological damage or chronic conditions. . The journals serve as forums for introduction and presentation for the review of new research and the critique of existing research. The term online journal applies to online publications in all fields; this article deals with aspects common to all academic field journals.
