Oropharyngeal malignancy (OPC) brought about by human papillomavirus (HPV) is a rising worldwide concern. Early sores are little and are regularly situated in hard to get to regions, (for example, the sepulchers of the tonsils or base of tongue). In contrast to cervical disease, there is no norm or routine screening program for HPV-driven OPC. HPV DNA from OPC tumors may shed straightforwardly into salivation, and this can be utilized as a biomarker for early finding. In this examination, we report the primary ever clinically mysterious OPC in an asymptomatic patient found through a spit test. This case depended upon sequential estimations of HPV-16 DNA in salivation, which tumbled to imperceptible levels following low horribleness, corrective treatment.
