Febrile urinary tract infection (UTI) is one of the most common bacterial illnesses in children. As febrile UTI may lead to acute renal parenchymal damage, possible permanent renal scarring, decreased renal function and end stage renal disease, early diagnosis and treatment are important. UTI is among the most frequent bacterial infections in older adults. From a scientific point of view, it is interesting to know whether the UTI involves the kidney, prostate, bladder, blood circulation, lymph nodes of the pelvis or a combination of all. But in clinical view, febrile UTI should be considered as tissue inflammation of the urinary tract, whereas an exact anatomical distinction on clinical grounds can often not be made. Researchers and Scientific experts of Nephrology discipline are encouraged to publish innovative ideas in Open Peer-Review Journals. Nephrology Journals broadly covers Renal Diseases, End-Stage Renal Diseases, Acute Kidney Injury, Glomerulonephritis, lupus nephritis, Dialysis, Renal Transplantation, Kidney Surgical Complications, Renal Cancer, Kidney Neoplasms, Renal Necrosis, Nephro sclerosis, Renal Impairment, Kidney Failure, etc. under Nephrology & Therapeutics.
