Neonatal mortality is the number of deaths of the neonates per 1000 births. The neonatal mortality is the present challenge of the WHO Academy. The present statics have shown that more number of neonatal deaths is increasing every year.The probability of the deaths is more in the under developed countries due to low medical facilities and nutritional defects. Presently the African countries have been recorded to have maximum number of the infant deaths. The impact factor of journal provides quantitative assessment tool for grading, evaluating, sorting and comparing journals of similar kind.
