Innovations In Histopathology

Innovations comprise of new processes and produts and significant technological changes of products and processes. An innovation is "a new idea, creative thoughts, new imaginations in form of device or method" which has been implemented if it has been introduced on the market. Innovation is also viewed as the application of better solutions that meet new requirements or existing market needs.Histopathology refers to the microscopic examination of tissue in order to study the manifestations of disease. It is the diagnosis and study of diseases of the tissues, and involves examining tissues and cells under a microscope.Histopathological examination of tissues starts with surgery, biopsy, or autopsy.The tissue is removed from the body or plant, and then often following expert dissection in the fresh state placed in a fixative which stabilizes the tissues to prevent decay.Water is removed from the sample in successive stages by the use of increasing concentrations of alcohol.
