Hotel management is part of the hotel industry which deals with various aspects such as reception, catering, housekeeping, laundry and workforce management. Depending on the responsibilities, a qualified management professional is designated for different management positions, namely: general manager, director of client services, executive household head, sales and marketing manager, food and beverage manager, manager events and catering, hotel controller, engineering director, human resources director, leisure director and head of security. The typical job of a hotel manager is to provide customers with clean, well-maintained and well-maintained rooms that meet their needs for accommodation, dining and other hotel services. Reception / reception is linked to customer requests concerning the company and its products or services, visitor management, processing of letters, telephone calls and record keeping. Some other activities may include security screening, monitoring and verifying employees. Catering involves serving food and drink to customers, providing hygiene and sanitation needs during a catering session.
