Free Machine Journals

Machine Learning is an international research forum on IT approaches to learning. The journal publishes articles reporting substantial results on a wide range of learning methods applied to a variety of learning problems. The journal presents articles that describe research on problems and methods, research of applications and research methodology issues. Articles making claims about learning problems or methods provide solid support through empirical studies, theoretical analysis, or comparison with psychological phenomena. The application articles show how to apply learning methods to solve important application problems. Research methodology documents improve the way in which machine learning research is conducted. All of the articles describe the supporting evidence in a way that can be verified or replicated by other researchers. A journal is a periodic publication intended to advance science, usually by reporting new research. Most journals are highly specialized, although some of the older journals publish articles, journals, editorials, short papers, letters and scientific articles in a wide range of scientific fields. The journals contain peer-reviewed articles to ensure that the articles meet the quality and scientific validity standards of the journal. Each of these review articles is part of the permanent scientific dossier.
