An expected 20–30% of everyone have a curve that essentially never creates in one or both feet.Studies have demonstrated kids and teenagers with level feet are a typical event. The human curve creates in earliest stages and youth as a major aspect of ordinary muscle, ligament, tendon and bone growth.Flat curves in youngsters generally become high curves as the kid advances through pre-adulthood and into adulthood. Youngsters with level feet are at a higher danger of creating knee, hip, and back agony. An ongoing randomized controlled preliminary found no proof for the adequacy of treatment of level feet in kids either from costly endorsed orthotics i.e (shoe embeds) or more affordable over-the-counter orthotics. As a side effect itself, level feet for the most part go with hereditary musculoskeletal conditions, for example, dyspraxia, ligamentous laxity or hypermobility.
