Fibromyalgia Genetics Syndrome Peer-review Journals
Rheumatic diseases are characterized by inflammation, swelling and pain in the joints and muscles. Rheumatic diseases are characterized to be associated with immune system. Rheumatic diseases were divided into five diagnostic groups they are inflammatory rheumatic diseases, symptomatic peripheral osteoarthritis, connective tissue disorders, soft tissue disorders, and osteoporosis. For identification were used 649 healthy controls. Rheumatoid arthritis had the largest negative impact on HRQoL, followed by vertebral fractures, fibromyalgia due to hip osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, and systemic sclerosis. Ankylosing Spondylitis Lupus, Psoriatic arthritis, Polymyalgia rheumatic, Fibromyalgia, Infectious arthritis, Juvenile idiopathic arthritis are categorized under rheumatic diseases. Common symptoms seen are red, swollen joints, inflamed connective tissues such as cartilage, synovial tissue, and tendons.
