Eccentric Journals

Eccentric is someone or something that does not behave in a normal manner or behaves in an unconventional manner. A person who is eccentric deviates from a conventional recognized norm or pattern. A journal is a periodical publication planned to further progress of science, usually by reporting new research. Uttermost journals are highly specific although some of the oldest journals publish articles,editorials,reviews, letters, short communications and scientific papers across a wide range of scientific fields. Journals contain articles that peer reviewed in an attempt to ensure that articles meet the journal's standards of scientific and quality validity.
