Civil law, or civilian law, is a legal system rising in Continental Europe and chooses in much of the world. The civil law system is rationalize within the framework of Roman law, and with core principles systematized into a referable system, which handles as the primary source of law.  Open Access Journals (OAJ) is a community-curated online directory that indexes and provides access to high quality, open access, peer-reviewed journals. OAJ is independent. All funding is along donations, 22% of which comes from sponsors and 78% from members and publisher members.
