Cardiac Surgery - Impact Factor

Cardiac surgery is an incredible heart or vessel surgery performed by heart surgeons. Often it is performed to treat the difficulties of ischemic coronary artery disease, for example, bypassing the coronary corridor, repairing innate coronary artery disease or treating valvular coronary artery disease for different reasons incorporating endocarditis, rheumatic coronary artery disease and atherosclerosis. It also incorporates heart transplantation. Advances in cardiovascular surgery and cardiopulmonary detour methods have reduced the death rates from these surgeries to moderately low ranks. A major concern of heart surgery is the occurrence of neurological damage. Stroke occurs in 2 to 3% of all people undergoing cardiovascular surgery and is higher in patients at risk for stroke. It was first designed by Eugene Garfield, the founder of the Institute for Scientific Information. The impact factor of a journal is assessed by dividing the number of citations from the current year to source articles published in that journal in the previous two years.
