Cancer Imaging focuses on a kind of antibody called immune gamma globulin, or IgE within the case of carcinoma. This protein, which is a component of the system, triggers sensitivity by mistakenly recognising a harmless substance like peanuts as a danger. A full blown attack is launched by the body, under instruction from IgE, leading to skin rashes, and swelling of face, mouth and in severe cases the airway. the newest research suggests the antibody may have an important role in defending against the damage caused by environmental chemicals and thereby protects against cancer. The IgE accumulates at the skin site, and prevents damaged cells from turning into cancerous tumours.
