SOJ Biochemistry (SOJB) is a world , open-access, peer-reviewed publication highlighting advanced research within the field of biochemistry and its interdisciplinary branches. The scope of the review includes understanding the complex chemical nature and structural composition of biomolecules such as carbohydrates, proteins, lipids and nucleic acids and their role in the pathophysiological processes in all living things. SOJB may be a scientific journal which aims to unravel the enigma of biochemical processes, the cellular chemistry behind the enzymatic pathways, the energy pathways and therefore the regulatory pathways. Biochemistry is a broad field and deals with the biochemical mechanisms of all microcellular and macrocellular organisms. SOJB scholarly articles also highlight current or potential industrial applications of biochemistry and its implication in other applied sciences like genetics, medicinal chemistry, etc.
