The field of bioanalysis has developed significantly from the earliest studies on drug metabolism using many easy and improved techniques, and in today's Bioanalyst is well equipped to deal with present challenges. A bioanalytical method is a set of methods involved in the collection, processing, storage and analysis of a biological matrix for a chemical mixture. Validation of the bioanalytical method (BMV) is the process used to establish that a quantitative analytical method is suitable for biochemical applications. Bioanalysis covers the quantitative measurement of xenobiotics of drugs such as their metabolites and biological molecules in unnatural locations or concentrations and of biotics such as macromolecules, proteins, DNA, large molecule drugs, metabolites in biological systems. Bioanalysis is a growing discipline for which the future offers huge exciting opportunities to further advanced sensitivity, specificity, precision, efficiency, test throughput, data quality, data processing and processing, analysis costs and environmental impact.
The development of bioanalytical techniques has brought about a progressive discipline for which the future offers many exciting opportunities for improvement. The main impact of bionalysis in the pharmaceutical industry is to obtain a quantitative measure of the drug and its metabolites. The goal is to perform pharmacokinetics, toxicokinetics, bioequivalence and response to exposure as pharmacokinetic / pharmacodynamic studies. Various bioanalytical techniques are carried out in bioanalytical studies such as hyphenation techniques, chromatographic techniques and ligand binding tests. This review highlights in depth the role of bioanalytical techniques and hyphenated instruments in the evaluation of bioanalysis of drugs.
