Biography

Randhir S Makkar is a research scientist with research interest in Microbial and Biochemical aspects of Bioremediation of hydrocarbons and pesticides, microbial fuel cells, bio fuel production. He did his Ph.D. on biosurfactants with emphasis on their production in extreme conditions. RSM is recipient of CSIR, GATE and STA fellowship for conducting research in India and Japan. RSM has been associated with University of Illinois Chicago, Medical University of South Carolina, Charleston and Microbial Fuel Cells Inc. Charleston, z` research scientist.
