Nhung T. Nguyen, associate professor of management, received her PhD in business administration from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2002. Her teaching interests include human resource staffing, compensation and benefits, managerial skills development, and research methodology. She has published articles in various top tier journals including but not limited to the Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Business Ethics, the International Journal of Selection and Assessment, Human Performance, and Personality and Individual Differences.
Her primary research interests include employee selection, performance management, organizational politics, and business ethics. Her methodological interests include the application of meta-analysis and structural equations modeling to management research.
