Biography

Dr. Neelesh Sharma is graduated in Veterinary and post-graduated in Veterinary Medicine from College of Veterinary Science, Anjora, Durg (I.G.K.V.V., Raipur), Chhattisgarh, India. He has more than 8 years experience in teaching, research and extension. Dr. Sharma started his professional career as Research Fellow at Faculty of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry, Jammu and later he joined as Assistant Professor in September, 2005, in the same faculty. Dr. Sharma is an “ICAR-International Fellow”. He is recipient of various national and international awards and has worked as collaborating scientist National and International (Angila Ruskin University, Cambridge, England, Jeju National Univeristy, South Korea) research projects. He has published more than 85 publications in journals of National and International repute. He has authored a laboratory practical manual of Veterinary Clinical Medicine-II and four books in veterinary science, and contributed 09 chapters in books. His recent books are on “Production diseases of dairy animals” and another on “Bovine Mastitis” by Neelesh Sharma et al., published by Satish Serial Publication House, Delhi. He is a life member of various scientific societies. He had been a   reviewer and technical editor of more than 6-7journals. He is working as Assistant Professor, Division of Veterinary Clinical Medicine & Jurisprudence, Faculty of Veterinary Sciences & Animal Husbandry, SKUAST-J, R.S. Pura-181 102, Jammu (J & K) India. Presently he is working on stem cell research at Jeju National University, Jeju, Republic of Korea.
