Biography

Dr. Mehri earned her Ph.D. in biology specializing in molecular biology and human genetics at the University of Tunis (Tunisia-Faculty of Science). Nowadays, she is a professor of molecular and cell biology at the Faculty of Dental Medicine (Monastir-Tunisia). She has done research on primary (dilated and hypertrophic) and secondary cardiomyopathies (myocardial infarction, hypertension, diabetes), the renin angiotensin system and metabolic disorders. She served as peer reviewer for numerous journals. She currently carries out his scientific activity at laboratory of “Nutrition & Vascular Health” at the Faculty of medicine (Monastir, Tunisia).
