Galletta Maura has received her PhD in ORGANIZATIONAL PSYCHOLOGY from University of Verona. Currently, She is working as research fellow in University of Cagliari.
Maura Galletta research interests include workplace commitment and motivation, employee-organization relationship, nursing turnover, organizational well-being, organizational behavior and organizational change.
Currently, her research focuses on the study of psychosocial factors related to well-being and quality of working life in healthcare system. Her future research objectives are oriented to develop the perspective regarding retention strategies for young hired nurses, by considering the organizational and professional socialization approach.
