Biography

CodruÈ›a Dura is Associated Professor of Management at the University of PetroÅŸani, Faculty of Sciences, Department of Economics, Romania. She has graduated from the University of PetroÈâ„¢ani in 1996, receiving the 5 years Diploma in Economics, specialization Management. In 2002, she received the Ph.D. in Management, based upon the doctoral thesis “Management Strategies in Equipment Building Companies in Extractive Industry”.

In 2008, she received the Master Degree in E-commerce and Data Base in Internet. He is a member of the Romanian Management and Economic Engineering Association. She is the author and co-author of 10 books and monographs and more than 100 papers and articles published in various scientific journals and international conference proceedings.

Her general research interests are: Management, Economy of Enterprises and Marketing. She is the Director of the master degree programme Human Resources Management. She serves as the Vice-Rector of Education of the University of PetroÅŸani, Romania.
