Chi Han Cheng

Dr. Cheng holds a B.S degree in 2002 from the Department of Civil Engineering, Chung Yuan Christian University, and a M.S. degree in 2004 from Hydrological Sciences, National Central University. He has received a Ph.D. in Civil, Environmental, and Constriction Engineering from University of Central Florida in May of 2012.
