Andrea Minardi is Dean for Undergraduate Program at Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa, Sao Paulo, Brazil. She was Director of Brazilian Financial Society from 2008 till 2011. She is the author of the book “Teoria de Opções Aplicada a Projetos de Invetimento” and many published articles. She teaches Private Equity and Venture Capital, Investments, Real Options and Credit Risk for undergraduate, master and MBA programs at Insper.
Her research is in the areas of Corporate Finance, Credit Risk, Investments and Real Options.
