    COVID-19 created a whole new sets of complications& health problems. This pandemic hit us in the year of 2019 & things where never went back to the way they were. The pandemic changed every aspect of the way we lived our lives including our perspective on how we perceive ourselves & our way of living. COVID-19 furthermore added numerous complications to the process of childbirth & the duration of gestation. Complications like pre-term delivery, miscarriage & underweight baby are a just the tip of the ice berg. This review article flashes light on the fact that COVID19 is not as fatal as other viral disease like Severe acute respiratory syndrome.
