    Business Continuity Management (BCM) is a crucial aspect of an organization's overall resilience strategy. It involves identifying potential risks, developing strategies to mitigate those risks, and ensuring the organization can continue its critical functions during and after a disruptive event. While BCM has traditionally been associated with larger corporations, it is equally essential for local businesses, which often lack the resources and expertise to implement complex BCM systems.
