The Effect of COVID-19 on Nigeria Tertiary Institutions: Challenges and Prospects

Education as one of the major bane of national development was grossly affected by the virus. Education is so important that it is listed as goal
number four (4) of the seventeen (17) Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to transform the world. As part of governmental policies to
