Degree in Medicine from the University of Alicante 1983. Doctor of Medicine from the University of Alicante 1991. Specialist in Internal Medicine, dedicated to Infectious Diseases since 1992. Associate Physician of the Infectious Diseases Unit of the General University Hospital of Alicante. PROA group. Author of more than 170 publications (together with more than 1200 citations), more than 300 conference communications and 28 book chapters.Researcher in more than 80 clinical trials, the majority in the field of HIV infection and 13 projects with public funding in competitive competition.
