Tibebe Shenie

Biography

Tibebe Shenie is the Country Director for Global Program team in Ethiopia. Tibebe is responsible for the overall supervision and strategic direction of NASTAD Ethiopia’s programs, including on-the-ground coordination and implementation of technical assistance activities outlined within the Ethiopia Country Operational Plan for HIV response. Prior to joining NASTAD, Tibebe worked as the Community Planning Officer with the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in Ethiopia, and head of the Ethiopian Multi-sectoral HIV Response Project funded by the World Bank. Tibebe holds a M.B.A. and B.A. in Management.
