Dr. Karsten Suhre is a Professor of Physiology and Biophysics and Director of the Bioinformatics Core at Weill Cornell Medical College in Qatar. He received a Doctoral Degree (PhD) in Atmospheric Chemistry and Meteorology Modelling from University of Toulouse, France in the 1994. He served as a Professor of Bioinformatics for 5 years at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University. As a Senior Scientist at CNRS, he is a recipient of many awards and grants for his valuable contributions and discoveries in major area of research such as bioinformatics and structural biology.
