Biography

 She is a working as a Research Scholar from Sericultural & Agri-Food Research Institute, Guangdong Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Guangzhou, P.R. China. She holds a Masters in Food Science. She is extending her valuable service as a Research Scholar Food Hazards, Safe Food Handling Practices, Food Irradiation, Food Adulteration, Fermented Foods, Fermentation of Milk, Food Analysis, Food contaminants, Food Enzymes, Mulberry foods; Fermentation technologies; Application and has been a recipient of many award and grants. Her research experience includes various programs, contributions and participation in different countries for diverse fields of study.  Her research interests as a Research Scholar reflect in his wide range of publications in various national and international journals.
