He is working as Professor at Covenant University, Canaan land, Ota, Ogun State, Nigeria and at Centre for Development and Management of Human Resources, Nigeria. He completed his M. Sc. in Industrial relations & HRM at Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ogun State, Nigeria, during the year 2010-2013. He got his B. Sc. in Industrial & Labour Relations at as an Associate Professor at Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ogun State, Nigeria, during the year 2007.
