Dr. Patita Paban Mohanty is an academic and researcher with 18 years of enriched experience in university education, research, training, and consultancy. He holds a doctorate degree from Siksha O Anusandhan Deemed to be University, Odisha, India. An Indian professor, with a distinctive array of research papers in national and international peer-reviewed journals indexed in Scopus and other eminent databases. He has been constantly imparting training on food safety(Advanced ad Basic catering) on behalf of the food safety and standards authority of India (FSSAI), being a master trainer.
